Delivery
Download from our server:
After ordering we will send the password for the download of the program package
to you via email. The invoice will be sent via email and, of course, no shipping charges arise.
CD-ROM: The CD-ROM is shipped together with the invoice via postal mail
(registered and/or air mail if applicable). Additionally, we will send the password for downloads
to you via email. You may want to download the program package in advance
to the arrival of the CD-ROM.
Please inquire at VOBsales@TECplusplus.de if you prefer another way of delivery.
Some countries may charge customs duties or taxes for imported goods. The
customer is fully responsible for such duties and taxes.
Registering and Unlocking the Software
VOB Eco series: After installation the trial program may be started 25 times without registering.
VOB Lumex: After installation the trial program may be used for 4 weeks without registering.
For registering send an email
to VOBRegister@TECplusplus.de
including
- Company name / name of person, who ordered
- Name of user, if not identical with person, who ordered
- Fax no. or email address to where the registration key shall be returned
- Date of purchase/payment
You will receive the registration key for the program immediately after the complete payment
of the order.
Credit card orders: The registration key is provided immediately with the program package.
Qualified government, corporate, and accredited educational institutions:

Please note: Similar to W-XP, VOB Lumex is bound to the hardware of your PC. If you transfer the program
to another PC, please register again.

We normally despatch your order the same day we receive your order and the authorization
for credit card payment. We will ship the registration key together with the program.
Purchase Orders
Net 14 days. All foreign bank charges must be payed by the orderer
and the full amount of the invoice must arrive at our account.
We accept purchase orders with delivery on CD-ROM from customers residing in Germany only.
Purchase orders with download delivery are accepted are accepted in general.
Please note that we send the registration key AFTER complete payment.
Qualified government, corporate, and accredited educational institutions:
We do accept purchase orders for CD-ROM or with download delivery from qualified government,
corporate, and accredited educational institutions, provided that they are submitted on purchase
order forms with a purchase order number.
The registration key is provided immediately together with the program.

Ordering by Check
To order by check, send a completed
order form and a check. Payments must be in Euro drawn on a German bank. If in
doubt about total price, please inquire (
VOBsales@TECplusplus.de
).
We normally despatch your order the same day we receive your payment.
Returned checks will cause a 20 Euro service charge to be enforced.
Return/Refund
If not already registered purchase of program licenses can be canceled within 14 days after date of order.
The price of program will be returned, shipping charges not. Before ordering,
please download the trial version in order to check if the program is
suitable for your needs. CD-ROM must be returned F.O.B. Seelze, Germany.
