License: Metec USA, Inc. hereby grants you a non-exclusive right to use the accompanying software. The license granted authorises you to use the software in its machine readable form on a single computer system. This product is copyrighted. This license is not a sale of the product or any copies. This product may not be copied or transferred without permission of the copyright owners. You agree not to adapt, disassemble, de-compile, or create derivative works based on the product. You may freely reuse the .os optical system description file format used in the VOB series.
Limited Warranty: Metec USA, Inc. warrants for a period of 90 days from receipt, that the computer programs contained in the software will perform substantially in accordance with all help file documentation. Metec USA, Inc.`s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Metec USA, Inc`s option, either repair or replacement of the software that does not meet the limited warranty or return of the price paid for the product that is returned to Metec USA, Inc. In the case of software for which there is a registration, this warranty is void for software which has not been registered. In some jurisdictions your rights may vary.
