Please download our order form packed as VOBOrderForm.zip . Press shift button and click on link for download.Delivery
The program packages can be delivered either on CD-ROM by postal mail (air mail if applicable) or via download. For download delivery no shipping charges arise and invoice is sent be e-mail. VOB is delivered via download only . Please inquire at VOBsales@TECplusplus.de if you prefer another way of delivery.Some countries may charge customs duties or taxes for imported goods. The customer is fully responsible for such duties and taxes.
Registering
After installation program may be started 25 times without registering. Please register your program. Send e-mail to VOBRegister@TECplusplus.de or to metec@mail.wplus.net or fax to +49 (6154) 623051 (TEC++ DR. VOLKER SCHMIDT GMBH) including- Name of user
- Company name (if applicable)
- Address
- Fax no. or e-mail address to where the registration key shall be returned

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders (net 14 days) are accepted for download delivery only. Please note that we add an amount of Euro 20,00 (Euro 23,20 including VAT) for foreign bank charges to the invoice. Purchase orders for delivery on CD-ROM are accepted only from customers residing in Germany.Please note that we send the registration key AFTER complete payment.
Ordering by Check
To order by check, send a completed order form and a check. Payments must be in Euro drawn on a German bank. If in doubt about total price, please inquire ( VOBsales@TECplusplus.de ).Return/Refund
Purchase of program licenses can be canceled within 14 days after date of order. Already registered programs cannot be returned! Price of program will be returned, shipping charges not. Before ordering, please download VOB series demo program in order to check if VOB series is suitable for your needs. Program must be returned F.O.B. Ober-Ramstadt, Germany.Questions
